Privacy Policy

Saipience (“Saipience”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) cares deeply about your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Privacy is part of how Saipience is designed, so we keep data to a minimum and never sell it.

This policy covers the Saipience website and early-access waitlist. The Saipience product is still in development, and this policy will be updated as the product and our data practices evolve.

Saipience is an early-stage product, currently operated by its founder, Ruhlan Jafarli. For any privacy question or request, contact us at ruhlan@sevenoir.com. A formal legal entity may be established as Saipience grows, and this policy will be updated if that happens.

When you join the early-access waitlist, we collect your email address (required) so we can contact you about early access, your name (optional) if you choose to share it, and a short message (optional) if you tell us what you are hoping to understand better.

We also use PostHog for privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics, such as general device and browser type and non-identifying usage statistics, to keep the site working and improve it.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information through the waitlist. Please do not include health details or other sensitive information in the optional message.

We use the information you provide to contact you about early access and meaningful product updates, to understand interest in Saipience and improve the product and the site, and to respond to your messages and requests.

We rely on your consent when you join the waitlist, and on our legitimate interest in building and improving Saipience, as the legal bases for processing where such bases apply, for example under the GDPR.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the waitlist and the site: Resend (to manage the waitlist and send our emails), PostHog (analytics), and Vercel (hosting). They are bound to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, you unsubscribe, or it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can contact us at ruhlan@sevenoir.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw your consent. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and object to or restrict certain processing. We will honor these rights as the law requires.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Saipience is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We aim to keep cookies to a minimum. We use PostHog for analytics and keep it as privacy-friendly as possible. If you are in a region that requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it before setting them.

Our service providers, such as Vercel, Resend, and PostHog, may process information in the United States or other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy as Saipience develops. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
