Welcome to Saipience. These terms govern your use of the Saipience website and early-access waitlist (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Saipience is building a private space for self-reflection and emotional clarity. The product is still in development. Right now, the Service lets you learn about Saipience and join the early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific timeline, or that the product will launch in any particular form.

Saipience is designed for self-reflection and mental wellbeing support. It is not a medical device, a crisis service, a diagnostic tool, or a replacement for professional care, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Nothing in the Service is medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. For any question about your health or wellbeing, seek a qualified professional you trust. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

When you join the waitlist, you may share your email, name, and an optional message. You are responsible for the information you provide, and you agree not to include sensitive personal information in the optional message. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By submitting a message, you allow us to read and use it to understand interest in Saipience and improve the product.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to harm others.

The Service, including its name, design, text, graphics, and the Saipience mark, belongs to Saipience or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse it without our permission, except as allowed by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saipience and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update the Service and these terms as Saipience develops. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
